Originating from “Chan puru”, which means Okinawan stir-fried noodles, the Sakura Ebi Somen created at Plum & Toro will have you going for seconds.
Tossed in a fragrant scampi oil, the thin noodles were so smooth and had a really nice bite to it. Finally, crispy and savoury sakura ebi that was fried perfectly was added on top 🦐
