Canh Ga Chat Ngoh (S$12) at Long Phung Viet Restaurant is insanely finger licking good! The freshly fried piping hot chicken wings coated with spicy & sweet sauce, topped with crispy pork lard killed any diet plan in mind. Worth every inches on the hip. Yuuuuuum!
