I must say that this innovative ramen bowl is the most satisfying (superb!!) ramen meal i've ever had so far 🤤 This amazing ramen bowl consist of tonkotsu broth that has been infused with sakura ebi paste and simmered for 12-hours, braised loin rib, chewy ramen, vegetable and lastly topped with 2 pieces of crispy ebi fry. Love how the mild spiciness of the broth balance the flavour of this dish as a whole. 😍👌 SLURP! Craving for more of Chef Tan-San's creation on this rainy day 👅🍜🍴
