7am in the morning and this is the sight that greets me. I can't possibly say no. Plump grilled scallops on a half-shell crowned with uni. A little overcooked and the uni wasn't the best quality, but their ocean-fresh sweetness more than made up for the fact that we came on the market's day off(Wednesday) and most of the shops were closed.
