This is my go-to dish whenever I'm at a Putien! The vinegar really makes this soup super appetizing and flavourful and it's a great way to start a meal. 👍

They are also really generous with the silky smooth Bian Rou. Looooooove it and a dish I don't go without when I visit Putien (which is pretty often). 😘
