Nestled under strips of thin beef slices lay a generous portion of silky udon noodles! The udon has a bouncy and smooth texture in every bite, slurped it up together with the golden brown shouyu broth that had a hint of beef stew flavour 😁
The curry cheese katsu udon tasted especially good when served piping hot! The cheese blended well with the pieces of katsu, and the Japanese curry was not too overwhelming.
For the sides, we chose the vegetable, mushroom, and crabstick tempura pieces! They were very crunchy and savoury 👍I love the idea of how we could choose our own sides!
There is also a wide array of condiments available for you to add as much flavour as you want to your broth. Personally, I felt that the broth wasn't too sweet or salty 😊
All in all, it is a great place to satisfy your udon cravings, although I wouldn't frequent it too often as udon tends to make me feel bloated 😂
