First time at Poulet (pronounced as poo-lay) and decided that since many people have reviewed the Poulet Roti with Mushroom Chardonnay Sauce, I ordered the Halibut En Papillote which is a halibut fillet baked in parchment paper served with garden vegetables and white wine sauce. A much "lighter" dish compared to the roasted chicken.
