Matcha soba ($5.20)
Topped with toasted buckwheat puff, wasabi furikake & crispy seaweed. The matcha softserve is very smooth and creamy with a very distinct rich matcha flavour and lingering bitterness taste on the palate that i like. Totally my kind of softserve as it is not too sweet. Definitely an interesting twist with a sweet & savory balance.
