Established in May 2022, this stall attracts a queue throughout the day for their well-executed plates of fried noodles.
.
Their version tends towards the sweeter side, with the soft wide flat rice noodles and chewy long cylindrical yellow wheat noodles tossed with dark sweet soy sauce, chewy lup cheong / dried cured pork sausage, bouncy fish cake, crunchy bean sprouts, gooey beaten chicken egg, juicy blood cockles, and crunchy pork lard. The wok hei / breath of the wok is present but not pronounced.
.
Has a balanced texture, not overly greasy, with enticing smoky savoury sweet salty flavour. A bit of red chili lends a spicy kick. Best eaten quickly when served hot!.
