With inspiration from French Cuisine, this had to be one of the most impressive rendition of chicken in ramen I’ve tried thus far 😍😍 The star of the dish was definitely the beautiful chicken confit quarter leg that was indeed torched to perfection as promised! the meat was so tender on the inside with just the right amount of char on the outside 🤤🤤 My only gripe would be the noodles, which were instant noodles-ish but definitely a notch better (and I liked that they didn’t overcook them so it still remained really chewy and bouncy!) This came with a decently done onsen egg and some black fungus for the health, and was so light on the palette with the clear chicken and dashi broth 😌😌 Definitely a way underrated place to satisfy some ramen cravings and both service and environment are great as well! Especially with 2 bowls for only $14.30 on Fave, definitely worth a try! 👍🏻👍🏻
