Not only a visual feast with the adornment of edible flowers and herbs but a yummy treat. The seasonal fruit is a cross between lemon and mandarin with tangy and floral notes, reminiscent of Yuzu. Enjoyed the thin & crisp butter tart filled with luscious bright and fruity curd. Personally found the curd a tad too creamy (would have preferred the texture slightly more firm), but a delightful rendition nonetheless. We did try eating the edible embellishments but found them to detract from the lemon and more befitting of decoration.
