I love the Nyonya Hay Mee Soup ($29) in a rich prawn bisque soup with the addition of melt-in-your-mouth Nyonya Tauyew Bak (pork belly) that has been slow braised in their newly launched Soya Sauce. Soooo Good! .

If you prefer something spicy and tangy, opt for the Nyonya Assam Laksa ($29). The gravy is made with a premium chilli sauce blend and flakes of Spanish mackerel are added into it and top with a pan-fried barramundi fillet served with their newly launched Chilli Sauce on the side to add a fiery-hot kick to the gravy.
