Peppercorn is the culmination of the founders’ food journey in China, drawing gastronomic inspiration from the street food scene in Beijing, Shanghai, and the Sichuan region.

Most of us already knew that Sze Chuan Cuisine is characterized by its bold flavours; in particular, the pungency and spiciness resulting from liberal use of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavour of the Sichuan peppercorns.

Therefore, Peppercorn's Founder decided to introduce this concept in Singapore, by sharing the same gastronomic journey that they experienced, and adapting it to suit our local taste buds.
