When this dish was served, an aroma wafted through the air and we couldn't help but remark that we'd missed this fragrance of spicy poached fish with Sichuan Peppercorns & Dried Chili. A whole "live" fish was used in this dish. Though there were lots of bones, we didn't mind as the fish was so tender, it melted in our mouths. Not too spicy nor too salty, the sweetness of the fish was not overwhelmed by the flavours of the broth. #yummy #sgfood #burpple
