When this dish was served, an aroma wafted through the air and we couldn't help but remark that we'd missed this fragrance of spicy poached fish with Sichuan Peppercorns & Dried Chili. A whole "live" fish was used in this dish. Though there were lots of bones, we didn't mind as the fish was so tender, it melted in our mouths.
