It’s a challenge ordering in Quebec as a proportion of the locals don’t speak English at all, even in a chain like Tim Hortons. Thankfully, we managed to order after lots of gesturing and an additional staff member.

I’m not sure if the London Fog at this outlet is indicative of how the drink tastes at Tim Hortons, but it’s just so dang milky I could only detect a hint of tea. Absolutely no vanilla at all. I wouldn’t buy this again. Complete waste of money.
