Signature Spare Ribs Soup ($9.50) ▫️ Braised Small Intestine ($7) ▫️ Braised Pig Skin ($3.50) ▫️ Braised Peanuts ($2.80) ▫️ Braised Big Intestine ($7.50) ▫️ Blanched Pig Kidney ($7.50) ▫️ Blanched Pig Liver ($7) ▫️ Fried You Tiao ($2.30) ▫️ Blanched Lettuce ($5.50) ▫️ Tang-O ($5.50) ▫️ Preserved Vegetables ($3.50) ▫️ Braised Egg ($1) ▫️ Verdict: Soup base was too peppery, couldn't taste any sweetness of the broth.

Spare ribs were not off the bone & not tender enough. Price was steep for such small quantity. Service staff was crude & rushy while serving the dishes. Not worth it & not likely to visit again

Sky is growling outside and so is my tummy - bkt is best for rainy days 😍 Love love love the spicy peppery-ness and yes I eat bkt for soup and not the meat 🙈 One of my fav bkt places but worth the trip down although it's quite inaccesible 😂
