I would want to avoid the commercial chain bakery(due to mass production) as much as I can. #Breadking is as hidden as it can be. I missed the french owner/baker by a few minutes, if not I would be more than happy to have a chat with him. 100% french butter is used, no fake plastic margarine here. Cool stuff.
