Finally visited Nomiya and kicked things off with their seasonal oysters topped with seaweed and ponzu sauce. Went for the option with ikura, that cost $18 for 2 pieces. And it was so damn worth it with how huge, plump, and fresh the oysters were! Wished there was a bit more ponzu sauce for more tartness to counter the overwhelming fishiness from both the oyster and ikura.
