Available in the menu during that period will be Pomedochi’s mochi pebbles and a range of artisanal tarts, made from scratch with premium ingredients. For a refreshing bite, there is the Lemon Yuzu Meringue Tart ($9) that brings a sweet-tangy flavour combination with a base of lemon frangipane and lemon curd topped yuzu meringue swirl, yuzu jelly dots and candied yuzu. The Pistachio Raspberry Tart ($9) is another crowd favourite has the layers of nutty pistachio cremeux, sweet raspberry coulis jelly, pistachio Chantilly and finished with crushed pistachio and raspberries.

There are also the bittersweet Araguani Moonlight Tart ($9), that contains a filling of Valrhona 72% Araguani dark chocolate ganache and Noel ($9), a white chocolate Christmas fantasy with pomegranate jelly and yogurt cream cheese.
