I’m sooo glad there is finally a decent Hokkien Mee in Boon Keng area! Simon Road Hokkien Mee opened a new outlet at 6 St George Road recently and it is pretty legit.

The Hokkien Mee uses thin bee hoon and it is on the drier side. I love how flavourful, garlicky and packed with wok hei it is. The chilli is really spicy and a little goes a long way🔥 The $4 portion is a tad small for me but then again, I might have gobbled down my food too quickly:P

I have not heard of Simon Road Hokkien Mee prior to this but I’m glad I got to try it and it did not disappoint:) Yay to my first dine-in meal after a month of dabao💃🏻!
