2 😝 Medium well sirloin steak ($15.90) from Aston's Specialties. Unevenly cooked, partly medium and partly medium well, but I'm not complaining. Judging by how the medium is actually more tender and juicy, I might never go back to the past days of medium-well steaks 😍 The charred bits add nice dimension to the steak. Good enough to be eaten on its own, I'd prefer to omit the mushroom sauce. Doing all veggie sides because the mashed potato last time wasn't good 😔 Certainly not the best steak I've devoured but a good value for money ☺
