Aside from the perfect marriage of earthy and meaty flavours, the duck meat itself is firm but not overly tough, giving a good bite to a solid meat. The best part, the skin was glistening and crispy, and remained so even asked continuously dipping it into the oh-so-subtle-yet-formidable truffle sauce.
