(Part 1 of 2)

To start, I have definitely not eaten this enough to identify what makes a thosai great, but this was decent as it had a myriad of textures due to its crisp underside and edges. It was also huge - Hand placed for comparison. All the 3 sauces/curries provided were unique in their own ways and from left to right, they tasted predominantly refreshing, spicy and somewhat creamy/buttery like a highly diluted version of ghee mixed with spices. While they gave contrasting flavours to the otherwise plain tasting thosai, I felt that they were a tad too mild but still decent in their own ways. Also, the egg did not contribute to the thosai at all and would recommend one to simply get the plain version.
Overall: 7/10
