大人7人+子供2人でわちゃわちゃジュロンイーストツアー開催。
香港カフェでモーニングの後は、MRTジュロンイースト駅の下のフードコートに西安料理店でランチを。

今ビャンビャン麺がシンガポール在住日本人の間では有名ですが(ビャンビャン麺だけを比べるなら個人的にはトアパヨの方が好き)、今回は中華に詳しいお友達のおススメで西安料理と言えば！の涼皮(リャンピー)もオーダー。

漢字からも想像できるのですが、リャンピーは冷たくて酸味と辛味の相性抜群でサッパリ、サラダ麺感覚でいくらでも食べれちゃいます。

西安料理でわたしが知っているのはあと刀削麺くらいですが、西安はシルクロードの起点で、様々な民族が行きかった国際都市・西安の料理はイスラム料理や四川料理の影響を受けているため四川料理の特徴である唐辛子、またイスラム料理の特徴である羊肉、牛肉を使用した伝統料理が多いそうです。

ここのストールにもまだまだ気になるメニューがあるし、西安料理ハマってしまいそう。

あとここのストールの器が好き。

シンガポールでビャンビャン麺と言えばトアパヨが有名ですが、ジュロンイーストでも食べられるんです。

MRTジュロンイースト駅の下のフードコートに西安料理店があるんです。

レシートくらい太くて平らな麺は一本で繋がっていてちょっと食べづらいんですが、もっちもちでクセになる美味しさ。

もちもち麺が好きな人はビャンビャンすべし。

香港カフェからのハシゴとも最高の相性でした。

“一口食べちゃった“

撮る前に食べちゃいました(笑)

前から気になってた食べ物。
店名もいまいち読めないから何て名前かよくわからず(笑)

ナンを焼く窯みたいので焼きます。
生地は薄くてパリパリで中に具が入っています。

お店の人に人気商品を聞くと③雪菜 $2.5とのことだったのでとりあえず人気商品を。

高菜みたいでちょっと塩っぱかったけど、食べだしたら病みつきになって止まらない(笑) (生地の)薄い中華ナンって感じです。
