It was during August 2014 that I was informed that Chicky Fun is under the management of Kopitiam's Sergeant Kiang Joon Toh's run Chicken Rice Restaurant and they are in the process of renaming their 三巡海南鸡饭 Sergeant Chicken Rice outlets to Chicky Fun.

Today, we visited Sengkang Kopitiam Square to eat Sergeant Kiang's chicken rice.
