Finally got to eat this at the Chong Pang Market & Food Centre outlet.

What do I like about this outlet...? Firstly, they don’t have long queue. Secondly, I can ask for a refill of their yummy broth. Thirdly, they now add small chunks of minced meat over the noodle - never had this at the other outlets before... and finally, I didn’t have to pay extra for their homemade Chili sauce - I remember been asked to pay $0.30 when I wanted more of it... and what I like best about it is - the lady at the store is extremely friendly.

Anyway, you wanna know how I have my bowl of Bai Nian Niang Dou Fu? First, I finish all the Bee Hoon (Rice Vermicelli) and half of their broth - go get a refill of it - and then chow down those Niang Dou Fu - one piece at a time - keeping the prawn ball to the last...! Oh dear - writing this is making me wanting a bowl now...!!🤤😩
