Express Café & Bar has two kinds of lobsters to offer: Australian Rock Lobsters & Boston Lobsters. You can enjoy the Boston Lobsters the traditional way, just grilled and doused in butter, which is rich from the butter and allows the natural sweetness of the meaty lobsters to shine. As a bonus, all those wonderful flavours are heightened by the kiss of smoke from the grill. However, my favourite way was definitely the Lobster Thermidor, which has that firm & sweet lobster diced up and cooked in a buttery, creamy sauce along with mushrooms. It’s rich, luxurious and downright delicious, making it a perfect fit for Christmas feasting.⠀
