A tad disappointed Lao Zu Zong Fried & Bean 老祖宗石磨坊 had stopped the production of tau huey (beancurd) so gotten instead the soy milk which is freshly made daily using non gmo quality soy beans from Canada.

Their array of fried food is decent too. The crust to this mildly spiced curry puff has a slight chewy texture, interesting and pleasing. Nothing fanciful just comfort food. 😇
