Set on the 33rd floor of The Westin Singapore, the stylishly oufitted Cook & Brew (think plush leather armchairs, polished wooden floors and a marble bar) offers amazingly moreish all-day bar fare. Get the Poutine "Eh" ($16) — shoestring fries fried to crisp golden, topped with cheese curds and generous amounts of pulled pork, all drenched in Magner's cider gravy. It's got depth, it's got flavour and it is incredibly delicious. Order the Whipped Buffalo Milk Ricotta ($14) served with a layer of truffle honey and bread, and a couple of beers on the side, and you're all set for a very lazy, tasty afternoon. Pro tip: Come by for happy hour (5 to 7pm) on Monday or Tuesday for 1-for-1 bar snacks and beers.
