Attempted making cookie cups/bowls for serving ice cream in, but it didn't work cos the dough was too sticky and too hard to mould to the pan.

Attempted making cookie cups/bowls for serving ice cream in, but it didn't work cos the dough was too sticky and too hard to mould to the pan.

But I realised cookie dough actually turns out quite well when baked in a muffin pan - they're crispy on the exterior and super chewy in the middle!
