Intrigued by the ridiculously high price for a Tau Sar Pau, we decided to give it a shot, to see if it’s really a cut above regular kopitiam paus. At 4 times the market price, it’s definitely overpriced, but admittedly, the filling is slightly less sweet and cloy compared to the 80c ones. The earthy tones of the red bean filling also pairs well with the blend from Common Man Coffee Roasters.
