    After weeks of eating different breakfasts, it's good to finally be able to choose what I want to eat. Something simple but familiar. I miss home!
    Chinese breakfast which comes with a combination on congee, noodles and fried doughs. It was the same the day before, yesterday and probably tomorrow too.

    A sneak peak at an other part of my life. 你好 from China! Training university professors at the very beautiful and quaint Shantou University, in Mandarin of course. Challenging in every aspect, esp in an unfamiliar culture. Wish me the best of luck!
