The Poofy Pancakes ($14) consist of three soufflé pancakes dusted with icing sugar and topped with vanilla Chantilly cream, fresh mixed berries and a side of maple syrup. Using Takaragasa wheat flour, the texture is delicate and pillowy, cutting through rather easily, and I am soooo happy it's not the slightest bit eggy! The cream has a very light and smooth texture with just the right amount of taste to perfectly complement the pancakes, so much so that I almost forgot there was maple syrup to dip! 😋

Having wanted to try this for so long, I'm really glad the wait has been worth the while because I really enjoyed this with every mouthful! Will definitely be back for more next time. 🤤
