Dinner is a 5-course ($68++) meal starting with the Pao de Queijo of chewy balls of Brazilian cheese bread served with basil butter. This was so good when eaten hot that you will finish it in no time.
The second course is a choice between the Carnitas or Pescado tacos, both come in a freshly handmade corn tortilla with either a filling or slow cooked pulled pork or baja-styled fish. My pick would be the carnitas that were absolutely divine.
The third course is the Peruvian Chicken Skewer that pulls no stop for its spice punch and the final savoury course has options of Adobo, Sarciado, Cauliflower Barbacoa or Bistecca. The Sarciado is a halibut cooked in applewood smoke and served with brussel sprouts and a tomato bell pepper purée while the Bistecca is a ribeye that is covered in chimichurri. Special mention goes to the Cauliflower Barbacoa that comes with corn and ube tacos. The dessert course is the Churros with the classic dulce de leche sauce.
