[BUTTER] - Carpaccio ($18) is an elegant dish that uses the fish they got for the day.

Carpaccio ($18) – stunning red coral tullie revealing a bed of braised daikon radish, fish slices, lime mayo and black fish roe with citrus Asian dressing and herb oil, drizzled with lime zest.
