In Asia we know of dim sum, well in Spain they know it as tapas! Small portions so that you can sample a wider variety. But when you hit something this good, like this foie gras on steak on a bed of scallop potatoes, you just don't want it to stop coming! Trust me you won't stop at one till maybe when your pocket feels it! Haha
