I like dry aged beef better as the flavour is more concentrated! ✔️1kg Double Cut Dry Aged Porterhouse* (180++): This is like having two different steaks: one side tenderloin and the other side large strip steak. I like the tenderloin side alot, tender, well seasoned and the marbling is good. Feeds two.
✔️250g USDA Prime Grain fed Tenderloin (98++): Prized cut and yes nice chewy texture.
✔️300g Dry aged Irish Grass Fed Ribeye (98++): a little too fatty imo although that gives ribeye its buttery taste. Inconsistent marbling imo.

Ambience was great and service was not bad.
