Starting from 21 July to 1 August, Takashimaya Food Hall will host the Hokkaido Food Fair, featuring a list of participating brands that will bring the culture of Japan to you.

Hailing from Kanazawa, Champion’s Curry is having a pop-up at the fair, offering the signature savoury beef rice with toppings of pork or chicken cutlet. The beef curry roux is less sweet than the usual Japanese curries and has a deeper brown appearance. Nomono has brought a range of Hakodate sakes with different SMV to cater to individual preferences.

Adults or children, young and old will enjoy the mochi obanyaki pancake with assorted fillings from Maruamami, that comes with an exclusive local flavour of durian too. J.sweets is the place to go to to get some souvenirs for gifting before making a pitstop at Kent’s for some zangi fried chicken. Lastly, head over to Yamacho Hasegawa to get some packed seasoned seafood that you can enjoy at the comfort of your home.
