Newly opened alittle tashi in the hip Jalan Besar district serves up Asian-centric small plates with a dash of international influence.

Their blood cockles were a hit at our table, with sauteéd plump shellfish slicked in sweet chilli jam and fish sauce caramel begging to be sucked whole out of their shells.
