Popiah: a popular Fujian style fresh spring-roll in South East Asia and Taiwan. One of my favouritest is the Penang (Malaysia) style with lots of "Hae-Ko" a type of shrimp paste :)
Yau Char Kwai or You Tiao (Deep Fried Ghost) is a popula type if Chinese donut usually eaten with congee or soy milk. I used to dip it in Malaysian Kopi-O (black coffee) with my grandpa. Last night we had this with our Bak Kut Teh. It's a very versatile piece of fried dough ;)
Kuey Teow T'ng: famous Penang Flat Rice Noodle soup served usually with chicken, pork, and offal in a chicken stock broth. Topped with deep fried pork fat, it's perfect Bowl!
Who wants some Char Kway Teow? A popular Penang, Malaysian wok fried noodle with clams, prawns, lap cheong, pork lard, bean sprouts, spring onion, egg, Chilli, and deep fried pork fat (bak yu poh)! This one is the famous Lorong Selamat version available in USJ 14 😝
