I like sisig cooked the classic way, the no frills sisig that you can still get in Pampanga. Rason's sisig is one of the few good ones that stick to the classic. :-)

Kit Montenegro agree! Others just serve it with way too much chicharon you cant even find the actual sisig underneath. Haha :)

Tama. Di ko gusto ung may chicharon. At mayonnaise. Plain sisig lang. Like the ones from Razon. And Trellis. Ganun. ^_^
