Black Garlic Ramen by Ka Ling

Egg is an add on but was too sweet for my liking.. Ramen was not chewy enough and soup was a little bland. Pork was really tender but not flavorful enough.. 3/5🌟

I had the former and the broth was rich and flavourful, while the meat was really melt-in-the-mouth tender!

springy al dente Ramen tossed with fragrant Truffle Oil, topped with truffle bits, charred torched Char Siew pieces and a nice runny Ajitama - Kanshoku's Truffle Ramen ($16.90++) never ceases to please both the Olfactory and Hypopharyngeal Nerves.

Signature Kanshoku Ramen ($15.90) @ Kanshoku Ramen

Cleanest soup based with the tastiest one-of-a- kind Lava Egg (conceptualised by lavacake) accompanied with ramen and charsiew.

Truffle Ramen // fans of truffle would love the pungent aroma accompanying each slurp of noodles, but in my opinion, the lightly torched char shu stole the show // worth a try for novelty's sake
