Imagine having some rice completely buried under cheese and spicy salmon mayo, topped with three pieces of scallop and an egg. The yolk turned out to be a little runny, and the mayonnaise tasted pretty rich. For those who enjoy cheese-baked stuff with mayonnaise, this will be a perfect dish to go with their mouth-watering selection of sushi and Japanese flavours.
