One of my favourite place to go for boiled goose.

Boiled Goose Meat (NTD $80 / SGD $3.60) @ Er Rou Lao Ban / The Goose Boss (鵝肉老闆).

🍴Served hot off the grill, this seafood dish for only $1.50sgd is affordable and delicious.

We also ordered an omelette to share.

This bowl of chicken rice may look plain but it’s anything but that.

A stroll at the Ningxia night market, one of those where it’s less touristy and more locals are in sight, led me to this stall.

Pan-Fried Chicken Legs; 香煎鸡腿排。I'm glad that they have the chicken version!

Mango Shaved Ice (NT180) - Although the finely shaved ice were made from mango, it still doesn't warrant the hefty price tag.
