Tried the satay and bbq chicken wings from Chong Pang Huat at geylang bahru food centre after spotting a rather long queue. This was really an unexpected find as I loved the nice sheen on the skin of the bbq wings and the juicy texture of the meat. Together with the well balanced chilli sauce which was not overly flaming, I would have went back for more if not for the lack of stomach space. I also loved the seasoning of the satay meat and the peanut sauce dip was one of the more fragrant ones I’ve had though a tad oily and lacking the pineapple puree.
