The pan-seared Salmon Fillet ($19.80), a dish that hails from Norway, finely paired with butter sautéed potato cubes, basil onion cream sauce, sautéed asparagus and shimeji mushrooms, along with a side baby radish. I have to say, I really enjoyed each and every element on its own but bringing some or all of them together really completes the overall taste for me! While I can't exactly critique salmon fairly because, well, I hardly ever like it, the one served at Runway80 is definitely fresh enough for me to progress beyond a second bite, tearing apart easily with each forkful. If anything, this is a genuine and shocking (proud) first for me. In attempt to try and convince you on how good this is, the entire table generally loved this, so why not be the judge and have a taste for yourself! 😆
