Yes it tastes exactly like speculoos...but is that what people want when they come to Yolé? For a brand which touts freshness, this flavor certainly comes as a shock. Unlike their previous flavors, the caramelized cookie lacks the all-too-familiar biting tingle of frozen yoghurt. Instead, it has a creamy, fatty texture that coats the tongue and numbs it - very much like how ice cream does. By the time I was 2/3rds done, I was kind of overwhelmed by the sweetness and creaminess combined. Would definitely recommend just getting the plain yoghurt with speculoos sauce 😅
