Although the chilli was a tad sweet (and sliiiightly tangy), everything was flavourful. The soup might be rather strong and sweet at first but I like it poured into my noodle bit by bit! And the dry version comes with sizeable dried shrimps instead of the typical prawns, which I think what made this prawn mee stand out. Love the addition of fried shallots and sliced pork too.
