BUT nothing could compare with this. How good could Garlic and Crab be??? Very fresh crab with thin shell. There was no immediate strong garlicky taste. Just the sweet crab meat with the deep savory sweetness from the garlic. But the magic began when I bite into the soft and fluffy garlic. I could tasted "crab" in the garlic.
I believed the chef deep fried the garlic before baking them with the crabs. While they were in the oven, the juice from the crab flowed out and the garlic soaked it up like a sponge. Honestly, I loved the garlic more than the crab. πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜… New Ubin Seafood.
