My fav will be TAGLIOLINI, ZUCCHINI, CAVIALE KRISTAL.
Al dente Tagliolini, tossed with seaweed butter and paired with zucchini in three forms- pureed, roasted and crisped, and crowned with Kristal caviar.
Meanwhile for the antipasti will be POLPO, SPUMA DI PATATE, PROFUMI MEDITERRANEI.
The octopus is not rubbery, char,tender with the bites, served with light potato foam infused with a Mediterranean scent.
For main will be FILETTO DI MANZO, SEDANO RAPA, SALSA AL TARTUFO.
Tender juicy Black Angus beef tenderloin paired perfectly with nutty celeriac along with a full-bodied truffle beef jus.
For dessert will be BABA AL LIMONCELLO, PANNA MONTATA.
